These terms apply when you use Little-Till, which is operated by My Tribr (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Little-Till is a simple tool that helps home sellers record their sales, costs, products and customer invoices. It is not accounting software, and it does not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Your records are a helpful tool, not professional advice. You remain responsible for your own tax and legal obligations.
Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, Little-Till costs R49 per month or R495 per year, billed securely through PayFast. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — see our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
You own the information you enter into Little-Till. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for making sure you have the right to store any customer details you add. Please do not enter unlawful content.
Use Little-Till only for lawful business tracking. Please do not attempt to damage, copy, resell, or otherwise misuse the service or access other users' data.
We work hard to keep Little-Till running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Little-Till is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the information in the app. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Little-Till and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may improve the service and update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, we'll post the updated terms here. Continuing to use Little-Till means you accept the changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the laws of Namibia where applicable to customers based there.
